Pacing across seasons is perhaps the most difficult aspect of writing a serial TV show. Vagueness and mystery can both help and hinder story

My thoughts (from 2010) on fixing Lost’s final season buzzrantrave.com/2010/06/fixing… I don’t see ever returning to season 6, but will revisit 1-5.

From two years ago: Lost props and art at the Vilcek Foundation: buzzrantrave.com/2010/06/lost_a…

It is a testament to Lost’s ambition and success that there are so many people who still love the show, despite despising much of season 6…

@televisionary I’ve rewatched some of the better eps (Walkabout, Constant, Looking Glass) to reconnect w/ the great and forget the finale.

I wonder about all the connections that I’ve failed to follow up on and what they might have become. #depressionorsonglyric

@adambonin Just reading that nutritional information PDF increased my blood pressure. Why so much sodium, @IHOP?

@bythesoundguy I heard the word “clusterfuck” bandied about a lot, and it’s an assessment I wouldn’t disagree with.

Ahhh, the Hot Shot II: this was the shit, even though I never quite fixed the leftward drift on mine. youtube.com/watch?v=w9-8In… /via @siracusa

Caveat to previous: all such behaviors exempted for age <5 and parents thereof. Then, adorable.

Wait, it gets worse when The Roots play a bit of Sweet Child of Mine at a food festial This is like the nexus of Stuff White People Like.

Ground zero for embarassing behaviors by white people: A free concert by The Roots in Prospect Park. Incidentally: The Roots, still awesome.

It’s far too nice of a day outside to be outraged over any of the things that the twitters want me to be outraged about t.co/dOY3bTO9

@MattMarcotte @amywatts That’s the hook, indeed. #Seriously.

@amywatts I’m talking about the Remix from the previously recorded pods (the special bonus track) featuring much McNulty-level Andrew

@amywatts I’m going to finally finish the podcast remix one of these days…

I’m not entirely sure what “it” is, bit whatever it is, there shall be keytar.

Keytar: acquired. Oh, it’s on.

@amywatts @MattMarcotte Theyre’s just no room their for writers who carelessly mix up there words.

@amywatts @MattMarcotte Mixing up your homophones? Your dead to me, Watts.
